Rachel E. Clemons, 77, of Rogersville, died Sunday, Oct. 26, 2014, at ECM Hospital.
She was a 1955 graduate of Lauderdale County High School, a devoted member of Crossroads Baptist Church, and was a former long time member of New Hope Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Crossroads Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow immediately at the church with James Waddell and Russell Dickerson officiating. Burial will be in Corum Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her nephews.
Ms. Clemons was preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Nellie Clemons, and 11 brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her sister, Faye (Russell) Dickerson; brother, Alton Clemons; special friends, Ray and Mary Gilbert; and numerous sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
