Funeral services for Rachel Dean Hopper, 89 of Cullman will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, August 19th, 2014 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Jason Rodgers officiating with interment in Ebenezer Cemetery.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Hopper passed away Sunday, August 17th, at Hanceville Nursing & Rehab. She was born November 25, 1924 to parents, William & Bell King Pinkney.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill Hopper; a daughter, Melba Twilley and grandchildren, Elania Twilley and Brett Twilley.
Survivors include her two sons, Ernie Hopper and Butch Hopper; daughter, Sandra Drake; special friend, Evelon Hopper; Sisters, Thelma, Edna and Linda; 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be Monday evening at the funeral home from 5:30 – 8 p.m.
