Rabern Austin, 87 years and 11 months, of Florence, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2026, at his home. He was a Brick Mason and artist of all trades. He was a member of the Baptist faith.
A graveside service will be Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Park.
Rabern was proceeded in death by his parents Joel and Octavia Austin; wife, Linda Austin; greatgrandchild, Nolan Austin Allen; brothers, Charlie and Melvin Austin; sister, Shelby Smith; sister, Hattie Mae Brazier.
He is survived by special friend, Doris Bradley, Greenhill, AL; son, Wayne Austin (Alison), Muscle Shoals, AL; daughter, Sheila Condrey (Ken), Florence, AL; sister, Ivy Jean Brazier, Huntsville, AL; grandchildren, Heather Condrey, Huntsville, AL, Shane Condrey (Faren), Hazel Green, AL, Morgan Austin (Justin), Texas, Holly Carter (John), Muscle Shoals, AL; great-grandchildren, Kamden Condrey, Lawson Condrey, Drew Nokes, Rhett Nokes, and Nate Carter.
