Price Condred Joiner, 91, died Monday, Feb. 16, 2015. Visitation will be noon-3 p.m. Thursday at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence. The service will be 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. He was the husband of Betty Sue Joiner.
