TUPELO– The Natchez Trace Parkway is closed from Highway 413 near French Camp to the Alabama state line.
Due to heavy snow and ice the Natchez Trace Parkway is closed from Mississippi Highway 413 near French Camp to the Alabama state line. In addition to the hazardous road conditions, numerous trees are down and blocking the roadway completely in multiple areas. Drivers should use alternate routes and avoid the Parkway for all travel. Travel along other portions of the Parkway is not recommended and those that use the Parkway do so at their own risk.
The Parkway will not be plowed and will reopen as the weather and road conditions permit.
