Polly Virginia Sharp , age 79, of Westpoint, TN passed away Friday, April 26, 2013 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN., retired as owner/operator of Sharps Jewelry and was of the Church of Christ Faith.
Her parents were the the late James and Cordia Mae Shaffer Mann. She was also preceded in death by her husband Vasco Sharp; one daughter, Martha Elizabeth Beard; one brother, Carl Rayford Clayton; and one sister, Willa Marie Kearney.
She is survived by
1 Sister – Martha Baker (J.T.), Hermitage, TN
1 Nephew – Tab Baker (Melissa), Smyrna , TN
1 Niece – Sarah Barturen, Lawrenceburg, TN
Several Cousins and dear friends.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, April 28, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Monday, April 29, 2013, with Colin Leighton officiating. Interment will follow at Houser Cemetery in Lawrnence County, TN.
