Ms. Polly McCormick, age 81, passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022 in Nashville. Ms. McCormick was born September 17, 1940 in Augusta, Arkansas to the late J. D. and Louise Smith. She was a homemaker and a member of Lane’s Chapel Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Willie Oneal McCormick; her brother, Billy Ray Smith, Sr.; and her sister, Peggy Smart. Survivors include her two sons, Jerry McCormick (Sandra) and Steve Smith (Louise) and three grandchildren, Heather McCormick Franks, Adam McCormick, and Crystal McCormick. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM, Tuesday, February 1, 2022 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Lane’s Chapel Cemetery in Bethel Springs. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, 10 AM – 2 PM, at Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington.
