Polly Ann Cain, 73 of Arab passed away Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born August 12, 1952, the daughter of James Bufford Davis and Sarah Imogene Pike Davis.She married Lamar Eddie Cain on February 11, 1976, and together they nearly reached the remarkable milestone of 50 years of marriage, marking what would have been their golden anniversary. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister.
She is survived by her husband: Lamar Cain; children: Cassandra Cain, Tammy Vaughn, Shannon Parker and Anita (Michael) Kennedy; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; sisters: Janette Jett and Janice Gothard; daughter-in-love; Marsha Parker; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother: Jimmy Davis and sisters: Judy Davis, Linda Gail Davis and Debra Jo Davis.
Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at Gober Funeral Chapel with Brother Scott Burchfield officiating. The burial will be in New Beginning Cemetery, Gober Funeral Chapel directing.
Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Gober Funeral Chapel.
Pallbearers: Corey Parker, Micheal Kennedy, David Gragg, Danny Bales, Dustin Finley and Braedan Iusi. Honorary Pallbearers: Sarah Hanson, Mykaela Kennedy and DC Gragg.
