Police Arrest Suspect Charging Him With Rape 2nd Degree

FLORENCE-On July 9, 2025, a Florence Police Department Officer located a running Dodge Charger at 521 North Royal Avenue; Braly Stadium.

The Officer approached the vehicle and observed two individuals engaged in sexual activity. After further investigation, one of the involved parties was found to be a juvenile.

The other individual, identified as Jaquess Greene, 18, of Muscle shoals, AL, was arrested for Rape 2nd Degree and Possession of Marijuana 2nd.

He was booked into the Lauderdale County Detention Center and has since been released on a $50,500 bond.
