Plumer Frances Timms, 99, died Thursday, December 12, 2019. She was born September 18, 1920, in Sylacauga, Alabama, to William Presley Morris and Millie B. Early Morris. She was a factory worker in the garment industry and was a Baptist in belief. She enjoyed sewing and making quilts.
No formal services will be held. Burial will be in the Sandy Springs Cemetery. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton assisted the family with arrangements.
She is survived by four sons, W. C. Timms (Dana), Roy Timms, Doug Timms (Shirley), and Danny Timms; one sister, Betty Taylor; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one son, Voy “Tippy” Timms; the father of her children, Troy Timms; two brothers, Royce Morris and Bloyce Morris; three sisters, Velera Rodgers, Fay Hutcheson, and Dean O’Rear; and an infant brother and infant sister.
