Ms. Phyllis Wilborn Baker, 72, of Langston, passed away on Friday, August 9, 2019 at Huntsville Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Rev. Kay West officiating. Interment will follow at Langston Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 12, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ms. Baker is survived by her mother, Juanita Wilborn; sister, Sandra Hess; aunt, Ilene Michaels; several nieces and nephews; and four great nieces and nephews, all of Bridgeport, AL.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Baker; son, Wesley Baker; father, Johnnie Wilborn; and sister, Bobbie Garrison.
