Phyllis Joyce Slack, 82, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2024 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born May 28, 1941, in California, to William “Bill” Cole and Edith Fulton Cole.
She was employed by Douglas County, Georgia, as a Billing Clerk, prior ro her retirement. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a brother.
