Phyllis Elane Drinkard, 67, died Sept. 28, 2016. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at Peck Funeral Home. Funeral will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in the chapel with burial in Lawrence Cove Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Marion Thaddis Drinkard.
