Phyllis Ann Brown, 69, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2016, at the North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice Unit.
Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 20, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton. Burial will be in the Conwill-Goodwin Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, December 19, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
