Phillippa Warner, age 71, a resident of Columbia, passed away Monday, March 12, 2018 at Maury Regional Medical Center.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at 3PM at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Columbia. Heritage Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
