Phillip Wade Lance, age 62, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, and formerly of Springfield, passed away Thursday, October 30th, 2025, at Marshall Medical Center.
He was born August 27th, 1963, in Springfield, Tennessee, to the late J.C. Lance and Mrs. Maxine Smith-Hester of Springfield. He was an avid animal rescuer, and enjoyed fixing cars and clocks, and watching football. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
In addition to his mother, Maxine Hester, he is survived by his wife, Jennifer Park Lance of Lewisburg; two sons, Wade Lance of Springfield, and Dalton Lance of Hickman County, granddaughter, Paisley Lance, sister, Leah Hornbuckle of Springfield, and brothers, Tony Lance and Brian Lance, both of Springfield.
The family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
