Phillip Scott Gray, 58, of Sheffield died Tuesday, September 30, 2014, at Helen Keller Hospital.
Visitation will be Friday, October 3, 2014, from 1-2 PM at Elkins East Chapel. A memorial service will follow at 2 PM in the Chapel.
Mr. Gray is survived by his parents David and Betty Gray; sister, Stacy Gray Hice; brother, Steve Gray and wife Laurie.
