Phillip L. McFee, 43, of Fort Payne, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2025. He was born December 22, 1981 in Chappell, Nebraska. Phil was a welder by trade, who loved to hunt and to fish. He loved Alabama football, but mostly he loved his family. He was the ultimate “girl dad” (and he was thankful when Lincoln came into his life – a boy, finally!)
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Wilson Funeral Home with burial following in Loveless Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4 until 7 p.m.
He is survived by his beautiful daughters: Presley McFee, Braylin McFee, and Kai McFee; step-son Lincoln Tidwell; his other half Hailey McGrew; his dad Norman Crouse; brothers Dusty Crouse, John McFee, and Donnie McFee; and several nephews and a niece.
He was preceded in death by his mother Sharon Crouse.
Wilson Funeral Home and Crematory of Fort Payne is in charge of services.
