Phillip Harrill Garrett, age 83 of Cordova, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Walker Memory Gardens.
Mr. Garrett was preceded in death by his Wife-Geraldine Garrett; Parents-Vodie and Pearl Garrett; Siblings-JC Garrett, Robert Garrett, Jeweldine Fortenberry and Roy Garrett.
He is was survived by One brother-Cecil Garrett; One daughter-Willodean Jones; One son-James Evans; Two grandchildren-Rebecca Young (David) and Jonathan Stewart (Leslie); Six great grandchildren-Orion Young, Jaina Harper (Matthew), Xander Stewart, Leona Stewart, Dracen Stewart and Athena Stewart; One great-great granddaughter-Jeina Harper; as well as several nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
