Phillip Dale Rooker 62, of Ardmore, AL died Sunday, September 24, 2017 at his home.
Born Monday, April 25, 1955 in TX, he was the son of the late Ross George Rooker and Allie Louise Rooker. He loved to fish, camp, played all kinds of musical instruments, loved Alabama football and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his Wife, Marsha Rooker, Ardmore, AL, Sons, Miles (Kelly) Mateyko, Pulaski, TN, Alex Rooker, Pulaski, TN, Daughters, Chantal Hopkins, Fayetteville, TN, Crystal (Marquez) Marbury, Ardmore, TN, Mona Lisa Ballge, MI, Sarah Rooker, CO, Alicia Rooker, Port Orange, FL, Brother, Ross Rooker, NC, Sister,Tina Medlock, NE and 14 Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, AL, at 2:00 PM with Bro. William Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
