Phillip Benton Jeffreys – Obituary

Phillip Benton Jeffreys, 40, Russellville, passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Russellville Hospital.

Phillip was a great father, son, brother and friend. He was an avid Auburn football fan, who loved to laugh and joke with everyone. He loved fishing with the joy of his life, his son, Braydyn. He would help anyone at any time and had a heart of gold. When talking to Phillip, he would never say “Bye”, but “love you, later”.

The visitation will be 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 25, 2014 at Spry Memorial Chapel with the funeral following at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be at Franklin Memory Gardens.

He is survived by his sons, Braydyn Jeffreys, Justin Britnell; father, David Jeffreys; mother & step-father, Joyce & Jim Berry; sister, Dianna Renfro; brothers, Brandon Wilson, Grant Jeffreys; nephew, Mason Renfro; nieces, BreAnna Prestage, Aaliyah Wilson, Aalivia Wilson, Abby Wilson; great-nephew soon to arrive, Carson Prestage; host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, James Willard Wilson; and grandparents, Claude & Irene Williams.

The pallbearers will be Braydyn Jeffreys, Brandon Wilson, Justin Britnell, Brandon George, Ashton Hatton, and John Prestage.

Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
