This dynamic duo is up for adoption to a family looking for a bonded pair!! They have been in foster for quite some time and we haven’t been able to find them a home! We are hoping that being able to come out and see them at the shelter will help get them the forever home that they have been waiting on!

Their foster kept them for almost a whole year!! She dedicated so much time and effort for these guys! They are both fixed already! The foster says that they have been working on basic commands, both dogs will sit on command! They also worked on house training and they both excelled at that task as well!!

CeCe and Poppy are 2-3 years old husky mixes and ready for adoption to a family looking for a bonded pair. They have been in foster for quite some time but now back at the shelter. We are hoping that being able to come out and see them at the shelter will help get them the forever home that they have been waiting on!

They are both fixed already! The foster says that they have been working on basic commands, both dogs will sit on command! They also worked on house training and they both excelled at that task as well!!

They are both on the smaller side (maybe 40-45lbs on poppy and 30ish lbs on cece)

These two will need to be inside or in a VERY secure enclosure! They are typical husky mixes and are VERY good at escaping!

These two are going to make someone great pets! They are super friendly and walk well on leashes! We haven’t had any issues with any type of aggression at the shelter and the foster had a small dog. Huskies can be animal selective and assert dominance so it would be best to bring any dogs that you currently have to meet them on nuetral grounds.

Their adoption fee is $100 for the pair! They will be up to date on vaccines, NexGard, and will get a microchip! For more information please contact Colbert County animal shelter 256-381-4073.
