perryPerry Ronald “PDawg” Mooney, 62, of Panama City, Florida, went to be with the Lord and his Savior on Monday, March 7, 2016.

He was a loving husband, father, brother and a friend to many. Perry was an avid Alabama fan and he loved to hunt, especially deer and turkey. He loved his job as an operator at Eastern Marine, and created many lasting friendships.

He was preceded in death by his son, Blake Mooney; and parents, Claborn and Irma Mooney.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Joy Brahier Mooney; daughter, Megan Mooney; son, Clint Mooney; two stepchildren, Chelsea Herndon and Blake Bush; two brothers, Billy Stephenson (Dianne) and Gary Mooney (Connie); numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; the Brahier family; and a very devoted and loyal friend, Mike Wright.

A Celebration of Life will begin Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the chapel at Heritage Funeral Home. Family and friends will be received beginning at 1 p.m. prior to the service. Those wishing to extend condolences may do so at www.heritagefhllc.com
