Peggy Mayhall Barnard, 82, of Owens Cross Roads, passed away Saturday.
She was preceded in death by parents, Grady and Lillie Mae Mayhall; husband, James Ralph Barnard, Sr; sisters, Margaret Morrison and Audrey McElroy and brothers, John Mayhall and Donnie Mayhall.
Surviving are sons, James R. (Karen) Barnard, Jr and Hoyt L. (Cynthia) Barnard; grandchildren, Jennifer (Jeremy) Lawrence and Ryan (Seria) Barnard; five great grandchildren; sister, Karen Stapler; special niece, Pam (Terry) Whitehead; special nephew, John (Patti) Barnard; and several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will follow at 1:00 pm with Rev. Jeremy Gates officiating. Pallbearers will be John Barnard, Cody Brooks, Jacob Whitehead, Matthew Whitehead, Joey Whitehead, Ryan Barnard.
Interment will be in Moon Cemetery.
