Peggy Lou Hicks Webb – Obituary

Peggy Lou Hicks Webb was born in Michigan City, Indiana on July 7, 1954 the daughter of the late Hughes Vaneil Hicks and Ethel May Kelley Hicks Holt.

Ms. Webb was a very Christian lady with a strong belief in God and was of strong faith. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and a friend to many.

She departed this life on June 16, 2017 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 62 years, 11 months and 9 days.

Ms. Webb is survived by her children, Sherry Huffman Mardis and her husband David of Savannah, Tennessee and Angelia Hutchins and her husband Roger of Savannah, Tennessee.

six grandchildren, Kelley Dees, Katie Dees, William “Hunter” Huffman, Kaylie Grace Huffman, Kinley Elizabeth Mardis and David Matthew “B” Mardis, Jr.

one great grandson, Kayden Dees

one sister, Dorathy Calvary of Corinth, Mississippi and one brother, Rev. Daniel Hicks of Stantonville, Tennessee

Ms. Webb is also survived by her companion, J. R. Webb of Savannah, Tennessee and her extended family and close friends, Mark and Melinda Alexander and family, Trvel Ford and the MBA Rental and Alexander Motors family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Joan Pierce, Judith Bonee and Brenda Hicks and five brothers, Wayne, John, Joe, Jerry and Kelley Franks Hicks.
