Peggy Hawn Maynor, 73, Cherokee, passed away on Monday, July 7, 2025. No services are scheduled at this time.
Peggy was a lifelong resident of Colbert County. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie Mack Hawn and Margaret Franks Hubbard; daughter, Katherine Rose Maynor.
She is survived by her husband David Maynor; son, Jesse Hawn ( Alison ); sister, Joyce Johnson; grandchildren, Chelsae Robnett, Chandler Hawn, Raney Hawn and Collin Maynor; great-grandchildren, Waylon Robnett, John Robnett and Scarlett Robnett.
The family would like to request, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Colbert County Animal Shelter.
