Peggy Hardwick

Peggy Hardwick, 78, of Cordova, passed away Sunday, August 17, 2025, at home.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, from 6 until 8 p.m., at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 11:30 a.m., at Sears Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery in Rockford, AL. Elizabeth Crosby will officiate.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Joyce Varnon Carden; and brother, Kenneth Carden.

She is survived by her sons, Brian Kilgore (Haygen) and Terry Kelley (Kasandra); sister-in-law, Judy Carden; grandchildren, Zackary Kilgore, Brooke Fields (Adam), Joshua Kilgore, Jacob Kilgore, Abigail Lemmon, and Angelica Montgomery; nephew, Keith Carden (Tracy); nieces, Stacy Payant (Brian) and Holli Carden; and a host of great nieces and nephews.
