Mrs. Peggy Collins passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025 at her residence. She was born March 20, 1939, in Nicolas County, West Virginia, to Roy Wesley Phillips and Rita Lois Spencer Phillips.
She was the owner and operator of a Daycare, prior to her retirement. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great and great great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
Survivors include
Sons- David Way Collins and
Roy Bruce Collins
Daughters- Donna Lee Tabor and
Carla Owens
Numerous Grandchildren,
Many Great Grandchildren and
several Great Great Grandchildren
A Celebration of Life will be held by her family at a later date.
