Heaven gained an angel. Peggy Ann Walker, 76, passed away peacefully 2-15-2025 at Huntsville Health & Rehab after a struggle with Alzheimer’s/Dementia. She was born in Adrian, Michigan on August 19th 1949 to James Robert & Esterlene Steelman. Peggy is survived by her daughter Lynne Walker Tomlin, her brother Ron Steelman (Jennifer Derrick Steelman), her Nephew Todd Steelman (Melanie Krafnick Steelman), her Niece Kristin Tyson (Josh Tyson, plus five great nephews and 4 great nieces. She was truly blessed.
Peggy was a hard worker and always had a smile on her face. She never stopped learning and continually attended classes to advance her career in printed circuit board design. She loved to create, whether it was in the kitchen or crafting. Peggy was also a member of the Florence Ski Club & loved every minute of her adventures on the bunny slopes. To know her was to love her. If she could help you in any capacity, she would. Food was love and vice versa and goodness knows, Peg would “fix”you up with a casserole so fast you wouldn’t know what hit you. She will be greatly missed by so many family members, friends, and neighbors, but she will be missed the most by Ellie May (her little Pomeranian) May she rest in peace and in the arms of her Heavenly Father.
