Peggy Ann Michael, 75, of Florence, passed away May 30, 2015. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Central, and was retired from Piggly Wiggly Grocery Store of Central. She was a loving wife, sister, and aunt; she will truly be missed by all who knew her.
A graveside service will be held Monday, June 1, 2015 at 1 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Park with the Rev. Ernie Emmons officiating.
Mrs. Michael was preceded in death by her parents Millard and Emma Scott; sisters, Dean Blackburn, and Mary Jones.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Ancil Michael; sisters, Jean Robbins, Bobbie High, and Dorothy McGee (Robert); sisters-in-law, Nora and Brenda Michael.
Pallbearers will be Ron Gean, Chris Gean, Tim High, Terry High, Wayne Cox, and, Bob Jones.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Doctors and staff of Northwest Cancer Center, Florence, and Doctors and staff of 1st Floor, and M.S.U. at E.C.M. Hospital.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Northwest Alabama Cancer Center, Florence, or to a charity of your choice.
