Graveside service for Peggy Ann Blaxton , age 81, of Decatur, will be Wednesday, March 25, at 12:30 p.m. Visitation 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday 25, 2015 at Shelton Funeral Home. Interment will be in Decatur Cemetery.
Mrs. Peggy Ann Blaxton who died Sunday March 22 , 2015, at Decatur Morgan hospital, was born September 13 , 1933 in Smithville, TN, to Lonnie Pack and Fannie (Irvin) Pack . She was preceded in death by , daughter Pat Blaxton Byrd and son Byron Blaxton.
She is survived by Husband Thomas Blaxton , daughter Sandy Stephenson, (Randy), Grandson David Stephson all of Decatur, Brother Bobby Pack of Illinois.
Pallbearers will be Curtis Num, Buddy Wade, Jimmy Moore, J. J. Speegle, J. R. Russell and Daivd Stephenson.
