A Celebration of Life Service for Peggy A. Zills 67, is set for 1:00 pm Friday at McPeters Inc. Funeral Directors with Bro. Jimmy Timleck officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
Peggy died January 3, 2022 at her residence. She was born August 7, 1957 in Chicago, IL to the late Frances Paul and Rita Leannah. She was of the Baptist faith, a former CNA and a Cook at Harden Medical Center. She enjoyed shopping, spending time with her family, friends and her granddaughter, Trinity.
She is preceded in death by her son, Dale Mercer; parents; sister, Carol Feissly.
She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Mercer; granddaughter, Trinity Ridgway; her bonus children, Tina Lambert, Pamela Stanfield, Hollis Mercer; several bonus grandchildren; a niece, Tabitha Vergara.
Family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 pm and Friday 11:00 am to service time.
