Pauline Virginia Richards Thomason, 96, of Muscle Shoals, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024. There will be a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 8, at Barton Cemetery.
Pauline was a native of Lauderdale County and a member of Barton Methodist Church. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and was preceded in death by her husband, Pride Lee Thomason; daughters, Patricia Ann Murray and Dorothy Gargis; parents, Joe Mitchell and Eddie Mae Richards; a granddaughter; and 9 siblings.
Pauline is survived by her children, Doris Ray, Donald Thomason (Jamie), Eddie Thomason, Cathy Tucker (Mike), and Pride Lee Thomason, Jr. (Brenda); sister, Edna Faye Prince (Fred); 19 grandchildren; and a number of great and great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
