Paula Heisen Cooper was born on August 9, 1926 in San Diego, California, the daughter of the late Horace Neville and Mabel Heisen.
On August 11, 1976, she was united in marriage to George Paul Cooper, who survives.
Paula departed this life on May 28, 2022 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of
95 years, 9 months, and 20 days.
She is survived by her husband, George Paul Cooper of Savannah, Tennessee; children, Stuart Willis of Savannah, Tennessee and C. Scott Willis of Woodville, Virginia; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
In additon to her parents, Paula was preceded in death by her daughter, Carolee Towers and her sister, Hilda Heisen Chellis.
