Funeral service for Paul Warren Harvel, Jr. 78, will be Sunday, December 4, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Michael Gunter officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hartselle City Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, December 4, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Harvel died on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at his residence. He was born October 7, 1944, in Morgan County, to Paul Warren Harvel, Sr. “Jack” and Audrey Mae Attkinson Harvel.
He was employed by Delphi – Saginaw as a Metallurgist, prior to his retirement. He was a retired Veteran of the National Guard, a Christian, a carpenter and a “Fix-it” man, loving working on vehicles and lawnmowers. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, the beach and coon hunting with his dad. His greatest love was his family.
Preceding him in death were his parents, three brothers and two sisters.
