Mr. Paul Thomas Jung, age 85, a 2 month resident of Arab coming from Bechtelsville, PA, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Huntsville Hospital.
Mr. Jung was born on November 26, 1935 in Illinois to the late Thomas Jung and Marguerite O’Donnel Jung. Mr. Jung was a Colonel in the U.S. Army. He was of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed reading and collecting books.
Mr. Jung is survived by his wife, Joan C. Jung; sons, Steve (Becky) Jung, Eric (Judy) Jung, Daniel Jung, David (Paul) Jung; daughter, Karen (Patti) Jung; daughter in law, Rebecca Jung; brother, Edward Jung; grandchildren Gabe Jung, Andrew Jung, Noah Jung, Beatrice Jung; great grandchildren, Kailee Jung, Layla Jung, Maddox Jung, Eli Wesloek.
Mr. Jung is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Jung and Marguerite O’Donnel Jung; son, Gregory Jung.
A Memorial Service will be held at St. Williams Catholic Church, Guntersville, AL at time still to be determined.
