Paul Philip Bryant, age 86, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 27, 2025. He was born on April 26, 1939, to Earl Rutherford Bryant and Amy Luker Bryant.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Ronald Bryant and Ted Bryant. He is survived by his sister, Sonya Duke (Deloran).
Paul is lovingly remembered by his children:
Paul Michael Bryant (Joyce), Ronettia Kellie Reeves (Kim), Philip Scott Bryant (Sherry), Cynthia Dawn Mullins, and Kristi Nichole Strasburger (Brendan).
He was the proud grandfather of 21 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild – all of whom brought him immense joy and pride.
Paul served his country honorably in the United States Air Force, a commitment he held with deep respect and pride.
Above all else, Paul was a devoted man of God who loved his Lord and Savior deeply. The Holy Spirit worked through him in powerful ways, and he was used mightily to lead countless people to Jesus Christ. His faith guided every part of his life and touched everyone who knew him.
Paul was known for his kindness, generosity, and selflessness. He had a gentle spirit, a giving heart, and a sincere love for others. He was incredibly proud of his family and spoke often of how blessed he felt to be surrounded by them.
He is deeply loved, greatly cherished, and will be forever missed.
Funeral service for Paul Philip Bryant, 86, will be Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Piney Grove First Congregational Methodist Church with Bro. Tim Graham, Bro. Greg Standridge, and Patti Standridge officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Piney Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 30, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Piney Grove First Congregational Methodist Church.
