Paul Aaron Darby, 90, of Florence, passed away Thursday, October 15, 2026, at home. He was a truck driver and a member of the Baptist faith.
Visitation will be Monday, October 19, 2026, from 1-2 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be immediately following at 2 p.m. in the chapel.
Burial will be at Pisgah Cemetery with Ronnie Marks officiating.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Frances Darby; parents, William Hubert and Lida Darby; brothers Vernon Darby, Hubert Darby Jr., and B. L. Darby; sisters, Elgenia Darby Tidwell and Iona Darby Ayers.
He is survived by his daughters, Glenda Marks (Ricky), Iron City, TN and Deborah Howell (Rusty), Florence, AL; brother, Lowell Darby (Judy), Florence, AL; sisters, Mae May, Florence, AL; grandchildren, Michelle Stutts (Danny), Florence, AL, Eric Marks (Amber), Florence, AL; great-grandchildren, Alyssa Phillips (Dalton), Lexington, AL, Ally Fleming, Florence, AL, Greyson Fleming, Florence, AL; nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Sam Marks, Greg May, Joey May, Doug Atkinson, Joey Lawson, Kevin Arnett.
Honorary Pallbearer is Dalton Phillips.
