Patsy Mae Grisham Slaton age 69 of Rogersville died Thursday, May 02, 2013 at her home.
She was a member of Elgin Church of Christ.
Visitation will be Saturday from 6 – 8 p.m. Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with Pat Parker and Bob Grisham officiating. Burial will be in Ingram Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael Haraway, Joel Cornelius, Titus Grisham, Danny Green, Packy Grisham, Michael Davis, Myron Davis and Ronald Slaton.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Lenon Joseph and Ada Mae Grisham; stepmother, Nita Grisham; brothers, Milton J. Grisham, James Dotson Grisham, James Dalton Grisham, Robert Earl Grisham and Lenon Joseph “Dommer” Grisham, Jr; sisters, Mildred Betty Etoy Grisham, Virginia Gayzell Green and Edna Audrey Haraway.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Orel Wayne Slaton; daughters, Vicki Rena Slaton, Teresa Slaton (Pat) Parker and Mandy Slaton Holt; grandchildren, Joshua (Brittany Ray) Hammond; Holly Hammond, Levi Parker, Peyton Parker, Dalton Holt and Paxton Holt; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Cornelia Dare Cornelius; several nieces and nephews; step-brothers, Jimmy Grisham and Grant Grisham.
