Patsy Jones Clifton, age 90, of Crane Hill passed away Thursday, April 27, 2023 at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Monday, May 1, 2023 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial at Valhalla Cemetery. David C. Roper will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Nannie Mae Gilbert; husbands, W. Frank Jones and Garland Clifton; sons, Frank Jones and Timothy Jones; grandsons, Brandon Jones and Garrett Jones; and sister, Edwina Greenwood.
She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Davison (Jack) and Kay Roper (David); grandchildren, Dawn Davison, Stacie Hollingsworth (Brandon), Kevin Jones (Marlo) and Bethany Roper; eight great grandchildren; sister, Connie Hartsfield; brother, Larry Gilbert; and a host of other relatives and friends.
