Patsy Gail Kelton, 58, died Thursday, Feb. 5, 2015. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at Landmark Baptist Church. The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in Belmont City Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, is directing.
