Patsy Ann West, 74, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2016, at The Meadows. She was born February 5, 1942, in Ripley, TN, to William Allen and Willie Myrl Cox Smith. She retired from Daybrite and was a caregiver to many people in Itawamba County. She was a former resident of Charleston Place for four years where she enjoyed listening to Bro. Terry Paul Graham’s Message of Hope ministry. She loved flower gardening, working jigsaw puzzles, and sewing.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, May 16, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Derek Jones and David “E.T.” Turner officiating. Burial will be in the Mantachie Cemetery.

Survivors include one son, Troy West (Teana) of Fulton; four daughters, Judy Brownlee of Covington, TN, Vicki Jones (Perry) and Delois Turner (David), both of Mantachie; and Traci Ramirez (Pony) of Fulton; one brother, William Smith (Martha) of Ripley, TN; one sister, Betty Pennington (Leman) of Ripley, TN; one brother-in-law, William “Bill” Carver of Ripley, TN; 15 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, William Ballinger; and one sister, Barbara Carver.

Pallbearers will be David Ballinger, Charles Ballinger, Jordan Jones, Bobby Carver, William Tallent, Michael Ferguson, Larry Painter, and Tim Scott.

Honorary pallbearers will be Katlyn West, Tiffany Ramirez, and Tony Ramirez.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, May 15, at the funeral home
