Patrick Dale Millwood, age 71 of Oakman, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2026 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 5:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Cedar Creek Church of Christ Cemetery. J.D. Dickerson will officiate.
Mr. Millwood was preceded in death by his Father-Jessie Millwood; Brothers-Lee Millwood and Bobby Millwood.
He is survived by his Wife-Connie Millwood; Mother-Clancie Millwood; Daughter-LeighAnne Millwood; Sister-Connie Millican; Brother-Phillip Millwood.
