Patricia Sue Carter Rich, 67, died Monday, Feb. 25, 2013. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. today and continue until 3 p.m. Friday at Cromwell Crossroads Church, Collinwood, Tenn. Services will be 3 p.m. Friday at the church, with burial in Piney Grove Cemetery, Cypress Inn. She was the daughter of the late James Robert and Myrtle Pitts Bell. Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro, is directing.
