Patricia Ann Reatherford Phillips, 73, died Thursday, Nov. 9, 2017. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today and noon-1 p.m. Sunday at Shackelford Funeral Chapel, Waynesboro. The funeral will be 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Cromwell Crossroads Cemetery, Collinwood, Tennessee. She was the wife of the late Joel D. Phillips.
