Patricia Kay Hand Smith, 64, passed away November 15, 2023. Visitation will be Sunday, November 19, at Williams Funeral Home from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. The service will start at 2 p.m. Survivors include her husband of twenty-nine years, Jimmy Smith.
