A funeral service for Mrs. Patricia Gaye Schumacher, age 66, of Fayetteville, TN will be held at 1 pm on September 20, 2021, at Higgins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be from 11 am to 1 pm on Monday at Higgins.
Patti was born on July 19, 1955, in Columbia, TN to the late Donald Marion and Anita Kelley Bassham. She loved being a wife, mother and especially a Mimi. Patti enjoyed spending her time in her flowers and cooking. She was a member of the Howell Church of Christ. Patti passed away on September 15, 2021.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Keith Gordon Schumacher; daughters, Tami (Chris) Darnell, Tara (Trent) Thomas; granddaughters, Carrington Thomas, Charlsie Thomas, Kayelynn Robertson, Paisley Robertson; sisters Carla (Jimmy) Kimbrough, Kim (Rick) Hollis; brothers, Brett (Trina) Bassham, Kelly Bassham. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Donnie Bassham.
