Funeral services for Mrs. Patricia Crook Holmes, age 79, are scheduled for 11 AM on Wednesday September 23, 2015 at the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. Tommy Crocker officiating. Burial will follow in Lexington Cemetery. Mrs. Patricia passed away on Sunday September 20, 2015 at her residence in Lexington. Born May 17, 1936 in Henderson County, TN to the late Robert and Beulah Bingham Crook, Mrs. Patricia was a retired church secretary for First Baptist Church where she was a longtime member. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren at their farm house, and in her younger years she loved boating and camping with her husband and sons. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Mr. Eddy Holmes, two sons; Stan (Renah) Holmes of Roseville, CA and Tony (Elizabeth) Holmes of Lexington, TN, brother, Winfield (Dena) Crook, sister, Susie Bunch (Porter), five grandchildren; Ashley Stallings (Tony), Leah Holmes, Rob (Sydney) Holmes, Kurt (Amanda) Holmes, Grace Carter (Trey), and four great grandchildren; Hudson and Hattie Stallings, and Claire and Abby Carter.
