Patricia Ann Milner Freeland, 70, passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at her daughter’s home in Hamilton, Alabama. She was born August 23, 1954, in Racine, Wisconsin, to Louis and Virginia Schneider Shelley. She was raised in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. She moved to Fulton, Mississippi in 1991, where she worked at Itawamba Manufacturing, River Oaks, and MId-America Hardwood. She moved to Bridge City, Texas in 2006 where she was the kitchen manager at the Market Basket Grocery Store. She moved back to Fulton in 2019 before moving to Hamilton, Alabama in 2023. She was a hard worker. When she was not working, she enjoyed fishing, gardening, and bird watching.
Private family services will be held at a later date. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home of Fulton is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her daughter, Angela Jean Ballard (Robert Joshua) of Hamilton, AL; two grandchildren, Charity Alana Ballard of Hamilton, AL, and Brandon Connor Ballard of Tupelo, MS; one brother, Bill Shelley, and one sister, Romona “Roni” Pasch, both of Sturtevant, WI.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Donald E. Milner and John Jerry Freeland; one sister, Louise Northrup; and her parents.
