Mrs. Patricia Ann Madewell, age 84, of McMinnville, TN passed from this life Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at the Webb House in McMinnville, TN. Mrs. Madewell was born December 15, 1940 in Roanoke, Virginia, was a homemaker, and was of the Baptist faith. She loved watching game shows, enjoyed decorating, and liked canning. She was preceded in death by her parents James Pleas Lavender and Roberta Mae Thompson Lavender and by her brother Jimmy Lavender.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 64 years Edwin Hershell “E.H.” Madewell, children Billy Madewell, James (Jacquelyn) Madewell, and Donhua (Stan) Cantrell, sister Betty Jean Lavender, grandchildren Cale (Patrick) Madewell, Hannah (Zac) Johnson, Brenton (Lindsay) Madewell, Toni (Grant) Mullican, Shawna (Blake) Stewart, and Eli Cantrell, great grandchildren Aiden Johnson, Hadley Johnson, Brooklyn (Dallas) Greene, Breana Madewell, Braxton Madewell, Jaelyn Munoz, Jamison Munoz, Aliyah Mullican, Alayna Mullican, Stella Madewell, Levi Madewell, Lennox Mullican, and Adaline Stewart, and great-great grandchild Taliah Greene.
The funeral service for Patricia Madewell will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. Noon in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Ray Gilder will officiate. Interment will follow at the Philadelphia Cemetery. The Madewell family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and again on Thursday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service at 12:00 P.M. at McMinnville Funeral Home.
